This location is ideal for your perfect family holiday. The Xai Xai eco estate has 24hr guards and boomed access control to ensure a trouble free holiday.

With summer temperature ranging between 30-40 degrees and winter 20-30 degrees this is a year round destination. (Summer water temp is around 29 degrees and winter 22 degrees).

By prior arrangement, the Xai Xai Eco Estate offers Deep sea fishing (A must as the fishing is unbelievable all year round) and side by side quad bike rentals are coming soon. Diving is available from the well equipped Montego's Camp. Rock and Surf fishing is extremely popular due to the large extended reef along the beach. Xai Xai was featured in 4 episodes last year of the popular ESA (Extreme sports angling) fishing program on DSTV. The venue also boasts awesome snorkeling.

The Xai Xai Eco Estate is a 35 unit complex with communal pool. The complex is in close proximity to swimming beaches and a 50m walk to the main beach. Numerous restaurants and pubs are available.
